Cancellation Policy

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL • The CoMOOnity Play Cafe agrees to hire the Premises for the Purpose noted in the Hire Agreement & Application Form. • The CoMOOnity Play Café permits the hirer to use those Premises for the Hire Period and to access the Premises. • The contract of hire does not create any lease or tenancy of it’s premises but is merely a license to occupy the Premises for the agreed period. • The CoMOOnity Play Café reserves the right to remove any agents, employees, invitees, contractors of the hirer from the Premises in the event that those persons break any obligations of the hirer or engage in any objectionable conduct. CHARGES • The charges payable by the hirer shall be those set out by Teagan Sinnott. The CoMOOnity Play Café and Teagan Sinnott have the right to change the charges at any time without notification. • Invoices will be sent as discussed on finalisation of booking. • The hirer shall pay the Hire Fee prior to commencement of hire period and Additional Charges within 7 days of the date the invoice was issued. Non payment without communication from the hirer will result in the charges being forwarded to a debt agency for management with all associated fees passed on to the hirer. (Please contact us if you need a payment plan). • The hirer acknowledges that the Hire Fee does not include the following services and if some or all of those services are required Additional Charges will be levied to the hirer: a) audiovisual equipment and assistance; b) catering; c) security, other than specified below; or d) surplus furniture requirements and set-up/set-down labour costs. e) additional cleaning fees if room requires additional cleaning beyond reasonable use CANCELLATION • Changes or cancellations to bookings with a minimum of one-week (5 working days) notice do not incur any cost. Bookings changed or cancelled inside this period will be charged 50% of the original booking cost. If a hirer cancels a booking less than 24 hours prior to time set for the use of the Premises, the full Hire Fee and Additional Charges for the hire of the Premises shall be paid by the hirer to the CoMOOnity Play Café. Non-attendance or a failure to cancel any booking will result in full fees being charged. If frequent changes to bookings are requested, a $20 administration fee may apply at the discretion of Teagan Sinnott. • The CoMOOnity Play Café shall not be held liable for any interference, disruption or enforced cancellation of any part of a book
